We will be adding more items as we develop the site, but please also be aware that we are a very busy shop and even though we plan ahead, during the high season especially we may well sell out of the most popular lines.
However this also means that we re-order on a regular basis, so we promise we will ALWAYS do our best to fulfill your order. If your chosen item/s are in stock we endeavour to post them immediatly by first class post, and aim for you to receive your order within 3-5 days. Should we have to order any products due to a sell out situation or a special order, then we look for an average wait of 2-4 weeks depending on the company we are ordering from.
We will always inform you on our stock situation at the time of your order being placed, and you will be offered the option of an immediate refund if we are out of stock, or if you are happy to wait until our next delivery arrives you may prefer to let your order stand. In which case your order will be treated as priority when new stock reaches us.
Many of the items in our range are distressed/ antiqued/aged by design and not due to any fault, this effect adds to their appeal.
Payment Methods.
We accept payment online via PayPal.
You can use your PayPal account balance or any major credit / debit card.
Please contact us if you want to use another payment method such as cheque - we wil be happy to help.
Postage and Packing.
This is at a flat rate of £5.00 for delivery to UK addresses.
Postage costs to addresses outside the UK will vary - please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to send goods anywhere.
Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after your order has been posted.
Items must be returned in their original conditon when a full refund of the purchase price will be made.
No refund of postage and packing will be made
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of your item being damaged in transit, please let us know and we will arrange its replacement. On its receipt we will refund your postage and packing.
Privacy - we do not share your details with any other companies.
